GENERAL OBSERVATIONS

• Check-in / check-out: 12:00 noom;
• In case of a late check-out until 6 pm , half a daily rate will be charged and after 6 pm ,a full rate will be charged;
• 01 child up to 10 years of age is free of charge in the parents' room;
• Breakfast is included in the daily rate served until 10 am in the hotel restaurant;
• Reservation will be considered confirmed after the reservation code is sent by e-mail and it will be maintained up to 6 pm on the check-in day;
• Reservations with a garantee of no-show ,in other words, reservation made even with the impossibility of the customer check-in , it will only be considered the previous payment of the first daily rate through credit card;
• Service Tax : 10% on all the daily rates and expenses. / Room Tax: US 1.00.
